Gentle notes of cloves, juniper berries, nutmeg, and savory leaves in a slightly sweet salame.
Salami Delicato claims its name from the delicacy and soft tones of flavors that are left behind by the spices that were infused in the wine overnight. Only the santoreggia (winter savory) is added, bold and fresh, a few hours before stuffing the links which bring a fresh flavor that lies on top of a slightly sweet background.
